A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY M~%NAGER TO DO <br />WHATEVER IS NECESSARY TO APPLY, PROCESS, EXECUTE AND IMPLE- <br />MENT CO~LMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAMS -~ DISCRETION- <br />ARY GRANTS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth wishes to apply <br />for further grant under the Community Development Block Grant <br />Programs. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of PortsmoUth that' the Mayor and the City Manager <br />are authorized to do whatever is necessary to apply, process, <br />execute and implement Community Development Block Grant <br />Programs - Discretionary Grants. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 22, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
