Section 3. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City <br />of Portsmouth are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />the Articles of Amendment in substantially the form set forth <br />above, to cause the executed Articles of Amendment to be filed <br />with the State Corporation Commission, and to do all things <br />necessary and appropriate to secure their approval by the <br />State Corporation Commission. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held February 25, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
