Jenkins, et ux have made application to vacate and <br />close the hereinafter described portion of a certain street~ <br />and it appearing that the notice of the application and re- <br />~uest for ' ~ ~ <br /> _ appomn~men~ of viewers was duly posted August 12, <br />1975, on the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, the bulletin board of the Municipal <br />Court, Civil Division of the City of Portsmouth and the bulletin <br />board of the Council Chambers of tho ~ <br /> ~y of ~ ~ ,~ . <br /> ~ . or ~,_ou~h <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />C~ of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank ~. Bilisoly, Raymond <br />Tweed, Louis J. Leitner, Zalmon I. Blachman and James L.
