89 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING %!-iE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREE- <br />MENT OF LEASE WITH ?IARYVIEW IiOSP!TAL CORPORATION FOR RENTAL OF <br />VACANT LAND ADJACENT TO 'File CiTY OF PORT~:4OUTi{'S ¥.iATER TO¥TER <br />ADJACENT TO MARYVIEW HOSPITAL. <br /> <br /> I?HEREAS, the Haryview Hosoital Corooration has a <br />requirement for the use of a parking lot; and <br /> <br /> WtiEREAS, the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, has suit- <br />able space available adjacent to its water tower located az <br />High Street, Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED by the Council of <br /> the City of Portsmouth that the City Manager ~s hereby authorized <br /> to enter into an agreement of lease with )[aryview Hospital <br /> Corporation for the rental of vacant land to be used for hospital <br />-parking purposes only located adjacent to the City of Portsmouth~s <br /> water tower at High Stree't, Portsmouth, Virginia.
