PARCEL B Ail that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with its appurtenances, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the northern side of Wythe Street 25 feet West from the eastern side of Fourth Street should it ex- tend northwardly; thence running West along Wythe Street 6 feet; thence North 150 feet, more or less, to the center of the channel of Crabb Creek; thence East along the center of the channel of Crabb Creek 6 feet; thence south 150 feet, more or less~ to the northern side of Wythe Street, the point of beginning.
