A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ASSISTANCE OF THE CO~40NK~ALTH <br />OF VIRGINIA'S G~2~E AND INLAND FISHERIES IN PLAN~ING AND <br />CONSTRUCTING A BOAT RA24P IN THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Citizens have appeared before City Council <br />seeking the construction of an additional boat ramp; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Com~aonwealth of Virginia's Commission <br />of Game and Inland Fisheries will construct such a boat ramp <br />subject to certain terms and conditions if requested. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that it requests the <br />assistance of the Commonwealth of Virginia's Commission of <br />Game and Inland Fisheries in planning and constructing a <br />boat ramp in the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is <br />directed to forward a copy of this resolution to Chester <br />F.
