29 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION kPPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING THE FOLLOWING <br />STREETS: (1) A PORTION OF WOOL AVENUE EXTENDING APPROXI- <br />MATELY 420 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHERN RIGHT OF WAY LINE <br />OF HIGH STREET; (2) A PORTION OF PRIMROSE STREET BOUNDED <br />ON THE NORTH BY HOLLADAY STREET AND EXTENDING SOUTH FOR <br />A DISTANCE OF 30 FEET; (3) A PORTION OF HOLLADAY STREET <br />BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY ELM AVENUE AND ON THE WEST BY <br />ARMSTRONG STREET; (4) AND A PORTION OF MOUNT VERNON AVENUE <br />APPROXIMATELY 236 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTHERN RIGHT OF WAY <br />LINE OF HIGH STREET AND ALSO A PORTION OF MOUNT VERNON <br />AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 56 FEET SOUTH OF THE PORTION HERETO- <br />FORE DESCRIBED. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Portsmouth Redevelopment And Housing <br />Authority has made application to vacate and close the <br />hereinafter described portion of certain streets, and <br />it appearing that the notice of the application and re- <br />quest for the appointment of viewers was duly posted <br />March 12, 1976, on the bulletin board of the Circuit <br />Court of the City of Portsmouth, the bulletin board of <br />the City Council Chambers of the City of Portsmouth and <br />on the bulletin board of the General District Court, <br />civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br /> of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. <br /> Bilisoly, Harrison Miller, Robert Reed, R. Irvine Smith, <br /> and Charles R. Hudgins be appointed as viewers to view <br /> the hereinafter described portion of such streets and to <br /> report to this Council in writing whether in their opinion, <br /> any, and if any, what inconvenience would reBult in vacating <br /> and closing the following: <br /> <br /> All that certain piece or parcel of <br /> (1) land lying and being in the City of Ports- <br /> mouth, Virginia and comprising that portion <br /> of Wool Avenue as shown on a plat entitled, <br /> "Plat Showing Portions Of Mount Vernon Avenue <br /> And wool Avenue To Be Closed, Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, For Mt.
