A RESOLUTION CANCELLING A PUBLIC CONFEREHCE SCHEDULED FOR <br />DECemBER 13, 1976 AND SCHEDULING A PUBLIC COnfERENCE TO BE <br />HELD ON DECEMBER 22, 1976 AT 7:30 P.~4. IN THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CHAMBERS. - <br /> <br />H~REAS, this Council adopted Resolution No. 1976- <br />131 scheduling a public conference to be held on December 13 <br />1976; and , <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, December 13, <br />invitations to the City Council <br />the General Assembly. <br /> <br />1976 conflicted with public <br />and schedules of members of <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br />City of Portsmouth that a <br />bet 13, 1976 is cancelled. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />public conference scheduled for Decem- <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public conference will <br />be held with the members of the General Assembly of Virginia <br />from the City of Portsmouth on December 22, 1976 commencing at <br />7:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building of <br />the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held December 6, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
