13t <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO APPLY FOR FUNDS <br />UNDER THE LOCAL PUBLIC WORKS CAPITAL DEVELOP~,~NT AND INVEST- <br />MENT PROGRAM FOR THE WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 26, 1976, Council adopted a Reso- <br />lution authorizing the City Manager to make application for <br />funding of certain projects under the Public Works Legislation; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after further consideration, projects with- <br />in the Waterfront Development should be included in the priori- <br />ties for such funds. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized to apply for funds under the Local Public Works Capi- <br />tal Development and Investment Program for the Waterfront De- <br />velopment Project. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 23, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Cterk~ <br /> <br /> <br />
