WITERF~, the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, has made application to vacate and close Parcel I, the hereinafter described portion of a certain street and it appearing that notice of the application smd request for appoint- merit of viewers was duly posted July 30, 1976, on the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, the b~2letin board of the City Council Chambers of the City of Portsmouth and the bulletin board of the General District Court, Civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth, Virgip~a. ~, Portsmouth Redevelopment And Housing Authority has made application to vacate and close Parcels II~ III and IV, the hereinafter described portions of certain streets, and it appearing that notice of the application and request for appointn~nt of viewers was duly posted July 21, 1976, on the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, the bulletin board of the City Council Onmmbers of the City of Portsmouth and the bulletin board of the General District Court, Civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth, Virg~. NOW, ~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgir~ia, that Harrison Miller, Frank N. Bilisoly, Louis J. Leitner, L~non Vann, ~nd A. N. Kendrick be appointed as viewers to view the hereinafter described portions of such streets and to report to this Council in writing ~ether in their opinion, any, and if any: what inconvenience ~muld result in vacating and closing the follo~ring: Parcel I K/~NG STREET - All that certain parcel of land, lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and con]prising that portion of King Street ~hich is bounded on the east by the west right of ~y line of Hamilton Avenue and bounded on the west by the east right of ~kv line of Airline Boulevard.
