Spivey and Lone Star Industries have made application <br />to vacate and close the hereinafter described portions of certain streets, <br />and it appearing that notioa of application and request for the a~opointn~nt <br />of viewers was duly posted April 12, 1977 on the bulletin board of the <br />Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, the bulletin board of the City <br />Hall building of the City of Portsmouth add the bulletin board of the <br />General District Court, Civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, T~JEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of PorL~outh, <br />Virginia that, Frank N. Bilisoly, James H. Griffin, James Choate, Harrison <br />Miller, and L. A. Clark be appointed viewers to view the ~hereinafter <br />described portion of such street and to report to this Council in writing <br />whether in their opinion any, and if any, what inconvenience would <br />result in vacating and closing the following: <br /> <br /> Robin Ho~d Avenue <br /> <br /> All that certain piece, parcel of land or street lying <br />and being in the City of Portsmouth known as Robin Hood Avenue <br />located beuween the southern side of A ~d~rs Street and the <br />mean low water mark of the Western Branch of the Elizabeth <br />River. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a <br />meeting held April 26, 1977.
