105 A RESOLUTION APPOIRTING VZm%~ERS FOR CLOSING THE FOLLOWING STRE~I': A PORTION OF TWIN PINES ROAD. WHEREAS, Peachtree Associates bas made application to vacate, close and discontinue the hereinafter described portion of a certain street and it appearing that Notice of Application and request for the appo!nt- ment of viewers was duly posted the 14th day of October, 1977 on the bulletin board of the City Hall Building of the City of Portsmouth, the bulletin board of the General District Court, Civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth and t~he bulletin beard of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth. NOW, ~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ports- mouth, Virginia, e_hat Frank N. Bilisoly, F. J. Bergeron, Robert Reed, R. Irvine Smith and L. A. Clarke be appointed viewers and James V.
