RACE STREET. Ail that certain piece or parcel of land~ lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, comprising that portion of Race Street between Wash- ington Street and Fifth Street. ~THE STREET. All that certain piece or parcel of land, lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia~ comprising that portion of Wythe Street between Fourth Street and Fifth Street. GRIFFIN STREET. Ail that certain piece or parcel of land, lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, comprising that portion of Griffin Street located be- tween the eastern right-of-way of Fifth Street and the right-of-way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company. PARCEL 2. Ail that certain piece or parcel of land~ situate, lying and being in the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia~ bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the western right-of-way of Court Street, said point being the southwestern intersection of the right-of-way of Court Street and the right-of-way of Seaboard Coast Line Rail- road Company and from said point running thence S 03° 29' 39" W 206.31' to a point; thence S O1° 07' 40" W 12.94' to a point~ thence S 86° 45' 45" W 9.30' to a point; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 288.05~ an arc distance of 66.32' to the True Point of Beginning; -from said True Point of Beginhing; thence N 65° 13' 40" W 86.47' to-a point; thence S 25° 23' 21" W 113.11' to a point on the western right-of-way of Court Street; thence in a northeasterly direction along the western right-of-way of Court Street along a curve to the right having a radius of 388.05', an arc distance of 98.58' to a point; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 288.05', an arc distance of 43.34' to the True Point of Beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he hereby is authorized to complete all transactions and execute all documents incident to such conveyances.
