of 1954~ as amended, and the City shall comply wihh the applicable <br />regulations of the Internal Revenue Service-adopted under said Sect2ion <br />103 so long as any Bond is outshanding. <br /> <br /> 6. The Bonds shall be sold in conjunction ~ith the sale of. the <br />$5,000,000 Public Utility Bonds of the City authorized by this Council <br />at the meeting at which this resolution is adopted. The notice of sale <br />of the ~onds referred ~o in Section 10 hereof and the legal notice referred <br />to in Seotion 11 hereof shall each contain previsions su/tably recognizing <br />and providing with respect to the foregoing. <br /> <br /> 7. The Bonds shall be executed, for and on behalf of the City, by <br />the manual or facsimile signatures of the Mayor and Direchor of Finance <br />of the City, and the corporate seal of the City shall be impressed or <br />a facsimile thereof imprinted on the Bonds and attested by Se ~ or <br />facsir~ile signature of the City Clerk of the City; provided that at !east <br />one of such signature_s on the ~onds shall be a ~anual signature. T/ae <br />Bonds, except when registered as to both principal and interest, shall harm <br />coupons attached thereto rep_resenting the interest on the Bonds, ~nich <br />coupons shall be executed by the facsimile signature of the said Director <br />of Finance_. <br /> <br /> 8. C~JSIP ide~ifica~ion numbers may be printed on the Bonds, but <br />neither the failure %o print any such number on any Bond nor any error or <br />c~ission wi~h respe~_ thereto shall constitute cause for failure or <br />refusal by ~he successful bidder for the B~nds to accept delivery of and <br />pay for the Bonds in accordance with %he terms of its bid. No such <br />number shall constitute or be deemed to be a p~ of ~ Bond or a part <br />of the ~ntract evidenced thereby and no liability shall attach to the City <br />or any o~ it~ officers or agents because of or on account of any such number <br />or any ~use m~de thereof.
