9O <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING OF NOVEMBER 11, 1980 TO NOV~iBER 10, 1980. <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, Section 2-42 of the Code of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, 1973, as amended, provides that there shall be regular <br />meetings of the City Council, unless otherwise provided by <br />special resolution, beginning at 7:30 P. M. on the 2nd and <br />4th Tuesday in each month except in the month of December <br />when the regular meeting shall be on the 2nd Tuesday; and <br /> WHEREAS, in the month of November, 1980, the 2nd Tuesday <br />of said month falls on November 11, 1980; and <br /> WHEREAS~ Section 2-13 of the Code of the City of Ports- <br /> mouth, 1973, as amended, provides that the llth day of <br /> November (Veteran's Day) is a legal holiday for all employees <br /> of the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that ~he regularly scheduled <br /> City Council meeting of November 11, 1980, is changed to <br /> Monday, November 10, 1980, at 7:30 P. M. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, at a meeting held October 28, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
