Taylor, Administrators - Mother's Day Out, made an application p~suant ~o ~40-73(b)'of~'the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Vir_qi~ia, 1973, fo~the granting of a use permit as hereinaftem described; and WHEREAS, the applicant and~ the Planning Director have done all things required to-be done in connection ~i%h~ said appli- :~'~ cation; and -'~-- WHEREAS, the Plann/j~g Commission granting of said use permit. has recommended the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: (1) sought: That the use for which the use permit hereinafter is (a) Will not adversely of persons residing or working in posed use; affect the health and safety the neighborhood of the pro- (b) Will not be detrimental to the public use or injurious to the' property or improvements in the neighborhgod; ..... and (c) Will be in accord with the purposes of the Zoning Chapter of the City Code. (2) Martha Joe Campbell and Misty M. Taylor, Administrators- Mother's Day Out, is hereby granted a use permit pursuant to Section 40-73(b) of the City Code to operate a Day Nursery/Child Care Center at the property described as follows: Beginning on the north side of River Shore Road 135' plus west from its intersection with Parish Lane; thence westerly and northerly along said road 776' plus to a point; thence easterly 448' plus; thence south 375.33' to the north right- of-way of River Shore Road, the point of beginning.
