Internal drain- <br />age is defined to cover all storm water <br />runoff within the property to bc developed, <br />This includes rooftops and parking areas. <br />0nly the concrete apron between the pro- <br />pe~ty line and ~he curb is allowed to <br />fall to the street. Catch basins shall <br />be provided~i~ all parking a~eas beyond <br />the street right-of-way and storm drainage <br />pipe shall extend to the nearest drainage <br />facility of sufficient capacity as pro- <br />vided unde~ £he terms of the Off-Site <br />Drainage O~dinance, <br /> <br /> <br />
