3. This use permit is approved subject to the follow- <br />ing conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) That automobiles not be sheared at the location. <br /> <br /> (b) That automobile skeletons shall not be per- <br />manent!y stored on the property. <br /> <br /> (c) That adequate off-street parking shall.be <br />provided for all vehicles operated by the business enterprise, <br />and one space for each five (5) employees, computed on the <br />greatest number of people to be employed at any one period <br />of time during the day, or at night, as required by the City <br />Code. . <br /> <br /> (d) That all junk automobiles awaiting dismantling <br />and automobile skeletons awaiting removet shall be stored <br />within a fenced compound and-that no temporary parking, stopping, <br />os storage of junk or skeleton automobiles outside the fence <br />of the compound area will be permitted. <br /> <br /> (e) A wooden stockade fence at least five (5) feet <br />in.h~ight shall be provided along northern and western boundaries <br />of the property.i~ th~ following described manner. <br /> <br /> (1) The fence shall be located three (3) feet <br />from the right-of-wal~ of Jamestown Avenue. <br /> <br /> (2) This fence line shall ~onsist of photinia <br />fraseri-red tipped photinia; 24 inches apart. <br /> <br /> [3) ~here shall be no entrance or exit on the <br />northern and western sides of the property. The-entry or exit <br />shall be from Yorktown Avenue or ColuE~ia Street, or both, and <br />at no other location. <br /> <br />(f) This use permit shall expire on June 30, 1987. <br /> <br /> (g) This use permit is issued to Earl J.
