Ada Elliott, et als., by Order entered <br />March 12, 1969, a copy of which is recorded in the <br />aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 528, page 494; <br />by deed of Samuel Eley, et ux, dated August 25, 1967 <br />and duly recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office <br />in Deed Book 493, page 308; by condemnation suit <br />recently pending in the aforesaid Court, the short <br />style of which is City of Portsmouth v.
