BEGINNING at the point where the Northerly right- <br />of-way line of now or formerly Queen Street in- <br />tersects with the Easterly right-of-way line <br />of formerly Hamilton Avenue and thence South 87© <br />11' 30" East, a distance of 25 feet to a point on <br />the Northerly right-of-way line of now or formerly <br />Queen Street~ thence South ~0© 47' 30" East, a <br />distance of 16 feet, more or less to the center <br />line of now or formerly Queen Street; thence in <br />a Westerly direction along the center line of now <br />or formerly Queen Street 25 feet to a point on <br />the Easterly right-of-way line of formerly Hamilton <br />Avenue; thence North O0© 47' 30" East, a distance <br />of 16 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> IT BEING part of the same property acquired <br />by the Grantor herezn by deed of Joshua Forbes, <br />et ux, dated August 14, 1967 and duly recorded mn <br />the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, in Deed Book 492, page 429; <br />by condemnation suit recently pending in the afore- <br />said Court, the short style of which is City of <br />Portsmouth v. Ada Elliott, et als., by Order entered <br />March 12, 1969, a copy of which is recorded in the <br />aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 528, page 494; <br />by deed of Samuel Eley, et ux, dated August 25, 1967 <br />and duly recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office <br />in Deed Book 493, page 308; by condemnation suit <br />recently pending in the aforesaid Court, the short <br />style of which is City of Portsmouth v. Hattie Forbes, <br />et als., by Order entered April 28, 1969, a copy <br />of which is recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office <br />in Deed Book 531, page 352; and by deed of BonVivant <br />Realty Corporation, a Virginia Corporation, dated <br />February 9, 1968 and duly recorded in the aforesaid <br />Clerk's Office mn Deed Book 504, page' 293. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he <br />hereby ms, authorized to execute such deeds and other documents <br />as may be necessary to complete this transaction. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgmnia, <br />at a meeting held February 9, 1982. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
