3. The following conditions are prescribed for <br />this use permit: <br /> <br /> (a) The Southland Corporation shall submit <br />a site plan showing landscaping, appropriate fencingr <br />and the locanion of all litter receptacles, which site <br />plan must be approved by the Department of Planning. <br />Prior to commencement of the gasoline retailing business, <br />all improvements shown on the site plan as approved by <br />gte Planning Department, must be installed per said <br />site plan specifications. <br /> <br /> (b) The applicant shall comply with all <br />statutes, ordinances, policies and regulations of <br />state and local governments that may be applicable <br />%o gasoline retailing sales and shall have obtained <br />all necessary licenses and permits required for this <br />use. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held October 26, 1982. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
