Ail that certain lo%, piece or parcel of <br />land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, <br />situate, lying and being in the City.of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the South side of <br />Fayette Street, said point being 90 feet east <br />from the southeast intersection of Fayette Sire. et <br />and Fourth Street; thence running easterly along <br />the south side of Fayette Street 30 feet to a <br />point; thence southerly and parallel with Fourth <br />Street 121 feet to a point; thence westerly and <br />parallel with Fayette Street 30 feet to a point; <br />thence northerly and parallel with Fourth Street <br />121 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he <br />hereby is., authorized to execute such_deeds and other documents <br />as may be necessary to complete this transaction. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth Virginia, <br />at a meeting held September 28, 1982.
