(a) No more than 102 children will be cared for <br />in this facility in any one time~ <br /> <br /> (b) The fencing encompassing the outdoor play <br />area shall be at least five feet (5') high, solid wood or <br />masonry type; <br /> <br /> (c) Ail interior operations of this facility will <br />be conducted only between the hours of 6:00 A. M. and 6:30 <br />P.M.; <br /> <br /> (d) Ail exterior play area facilities will ~e <br />used.only between the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. M.~ <br /> <br /> (e) Refuse collection shall be approved by Public <br />Works prior to occupancy; <br /> <br /> (f) Ail health, fire and building codes must be <br />met prior to conlmencement of operations of this facility; <br /> <br /> (g) The applicant shall comply with all codes, <br />ordinances, policies and regulations of federal, state and <br />local governments that may be applicable, and shall have <br />obtained all necessary licenses and per~its required for <br />this use; <br /> <br /> Ih) This use permit is issued to Child's World, <br />Inc. for the operation of a facility known, as Children's World, <br />and is not transferrable %o any other entity, corporation or <br />location; <br /> <br /> (i) No children shall be discharged or picked up <br />on Trucker Street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, <br />at a meeting held August 23, 1983. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
