_ 51 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR THE CLOSING OF A PORTICN <br />OF EIGHTH STREET. <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the City of Portsmouth has made application <br />ko vacate, close and discontinue the hereinafter-described <br />portion of Eighth Street, and it appearing that notice of <br />application a~d request for appointment of viewers was <br />duly advertised as required by law. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that A. N. Kendrick, Charles <br />R. Hudgins, Robert Reed~ Harrison Miller and R. E. B. Stewart ~ <br />be ~ppointed viewers, and that James Moss and Clinton J.
