22 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE FOR T~k~ CONSIDERATION <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 1983-84 OPERATING BUDGET, THE <br />IMPOSITION AND LEVYING OF TAXES AND FEES FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />RAISING REVENUE FOR THE SUPPORT OF GOVERN~q~AL OPERATIONS <br />AND THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND GENERAL REVENUE SEARING. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a special meeting of the Council be held on <br />April 20, 1983 at 6:00 P. M., Sixth Floor, City Hall, for <br />the purpose of holding a budget work session. <br /> <br /> 2. That the location of the Public Hearing scheduled <br />for April 26, 1983, on the 1983-84 Operating Budget, the <br />imposition and levying of taxes and fees for the purpose of <br />raising revenue for the support of governmental operations <br />and the public.sc~ools and general revenue sharing be changed <br />to the T. A. W!ltett' Auditorium at Woodro~ Wilson High <br />School. <br /> <br /> 3. That a special meeting of the Co~cil be held on <br />May 4, 1983 at 7:QO P.
