2O <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEIFERS POR THE CLOSING OF A <br />PORTION OF KING STREET% <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, 2ist High Properties by attorney 5oward E. <br />Gordon, has made application to vacate, close and dis- <br />continue the herei'nafter-descrlbed portion of King Street, <br />and it appearing that notice of app!icat!o~ and request <br />for the appoin~7~ent ef viewers was duly posted and advertised <br />according to law~ <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE ET RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that A; N. Kendrick, Simon <br />P. Arrington, Richard~D. Ottavio, James B. McGhee and <br />Ra~3~r~ond ~eed by appointed viewers, and that Howard L. Davis <br />and C. L.
