3. This use permit is approved subject to the follow- <br />ing conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) No more than t%~enty-three (23} children shall <br />be cared for in the facility at any one time. <br /> <br /> (b) The 4,818 square feet play area must be en- <br />closed with a solid wooden fence and constructed prior to <br />operations. <br /> <br /> (c) Ail exterior play area facilities will be used <br />only between the hours of 8:00 A. M. to 6:00 P. <br /> <br /> (d} Ail interior operations of the facility will be <br />conducted only between the hours of 6:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. <br /> <br /> Ce) Design of equipment to be installed in the <br />outdoor play area must be reviewed and approved by the Planning <br />Department prior to commencement of activities of the child <br /> <br /> (f) Ail fire, health and building codes must be <br />met prior to occupancy. <br /> <br /> (g) The applicant shall comply with all codes, <br />ordinances, policies and regulations of federal, state and <br />local governments that may be applicable, and shall have <br />obtained all necessary licenses and permits required for this <br />use. <br /> <br /> (h~ This use perm/t is issued to Belinda T.
