102 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR THE CLOSING OF A CERTAIN <br />U_NNAMED STREET ON THE EAST SIDE OF LEE AVENUE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City o~ Portsmouth has made application to <br />vacate, close and discontinue the hereinafter~scrlbed portion <br />of a certain street, and it appearing that notice of appli- <br />cation and request for the appointment of viewers has been <br />duly advertised as required by law. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia that A. N. Kendrick, Linon Vann, <br />H. G. Hairston, J~es H. Griffin and James L.~inehan be <br />appointed viewers, and that Clinton J.
