94 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR THE CLOSING OF A PORTION <br />OF SUNNYSIDE AVENUE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Western Branch Diesel, Inc., has made application <br />to vacate, close and discontinue the hereinafter-described <br />portion of Sunnyside Avenue, and it appearing that notice of <br />application and request for the appointment of viewers has <br />been duly advertised as required by law. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia that A. N. Kendrick, Simon P. <br />Arrington, Richard D. Ottavio, James V. McGhee and Raymond <br />Tweed by appointed viewers, and'that James Moss and Clinton <br />J. Fortune be appointed alternate viewers in the event one <br />of the preceeding viewers fails to participate, said viewers <br />to view the hereinafter-described portion of such street and <br />to report to this Council in writing whether in their opinion <br />any, and if any, what inconvenience would result in vacating <br />and closing the following: <br /> <br />SUNNYSIDE AVENUE <br /> <br /> Ail that certain piece or parcel of land <br />comprising that portion of Sunnyside Avenue from <br />Broadway Street north to the right-of-way of Route <br />1-64 Ramp A.
