(1) A landscaping plan indicating more <br />detail in screening, buffer provisions adjacent to the <br />single family homes and indicatin9 location of internal <br />sidewalks must be submitted for review and approval to <br />the Planning Department. <br /> <br /> (2) An access easement to the existing <br />single family residence must be provided out to the <br />public street. <br /> <br /> (3) Occupancy permits and any other <br />required permit will be issued at such time as sanitary <br />sewer facilities have been improved to accept the <br />anticipated flow ~rom this pro3ect as determined by the <br />Department of Public Utilitie.s. <br /> <br /> (4) The site plan made a part hereof to be <br />revised to provide access to the project from Townpoint <br />Road, such access to be provided until such time as <br />construction on the relocation of Townpoint Road is <br />commenced for the .construction of the proposed Western <br />Freeway Cross-Over.
