2. Prior to issuance of building permits, a <br />landscaping plan addressing treatment of court areas and <br />buildings must be submitted to the Planning Office for review <br />and approval. <br /> <br /> 3. A standard site improvement plan must be <br />submitted to the Department of Engineering and Technical <br />Services for review and approval. <br /> <br /> 4.
