constructed on an eight (8) acre parcel and designated <br />as GHP-84-22 revised, and more specifically described <br />correspondence and plans filed with the appropriate <br />officials of the City of Portsmouth, VirgInia, such <br />being made a part hereof, is hereby granted approval <br />subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Site and landscaping for Phase I must be <br />submitted to the Planning staff for review and approval <br />prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> 2. Utility relocation and design for Phase I must <br />be submitted by the developer to the Department of <br />Public Utilities for approval. Utility design for the <br />remaining future development area must be submitted by <br />the developer to the Public Utilities Department for <br />approval. <br /> <br /> 3. A standard site improvement plan for Phase I <br />must be submitted for approval to the Engineering and <br />Technical Services Department and include a detailed <br />drawing of existing and proposed geometrics of the <br />Cambridge and Detroit Streets entrance. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 8, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
