1. The pro3ect shall consist of no more than <br />twenty-eight (28) units. <br /> <br /> 2. A landscape plan must be submitted to the <br />Planning office for review and approval prior to <br />issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> 3. A standard site improvement plan must be <br />submitted to the Department of Engineering & Technical <br />Services for review and approval. <br /> <br /> 4. The developer to provide a minimum of <br />forty-eight (48) parking spaces. <br /> <br /> 5. The developer to erect a six foot slx inch <br />(6'6") stockade type fence along the perimeter of the <br />property line from approximately 50' west of Deep Creek <br />Boulevard to approximately 25' northwest of Benton <br />Avenue as shown on the plat referenced herein. <br /> <br /> 6. That adequate recreational and playground <br />equipment will be provided; constructed with heavy duty <br />materials submitted to Department of Engineering & <br />Technical Services for review and approval. <br /> <br /> 7.
