1. Tejo Lane, from the intersecting private Road <br />to Churchland Boulevard, should be dedicated as a sixty <br />foot (60') right-of-way with thirty-six feet (36') <br />pavement width. <br /> <br /> 2. A standard site improvement plan must be <br />submitted to the Department of Engineering and Technical <br />Services for review and apDroval and include, but not be <br />limited to, the following: <br /> <br /> (a) Dedicated eight feet (8') utility easement <br />along the northern property line for access to <br />utilities. <br /> <br /> (b) Adequate turning space tn parking lots for <br />sanitation vehicles. <br /> <br /> 3. Occupancy of the eastern fifty percent (50%) of <br />the property shall not be granted until the private road <br />is connected to a public street, either Bickford Parkway <br />or Towne Point Road. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held August 13, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
