2. Prior to issuance of building permits, the <br />landscape plan must be revised to shown vegetative <br />screening of parking spaces and either privacy fence <br />enclosures around patios or suitable vegetative screening <br />to lend privacy in the rear of the structures. <br /> <br /> 3.
