"Six (6) Unit Condominiums at Linden Avenue for Resort <br />Custom Construction", filed with the appropriate <br />officials of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, such <br />plans being made a part hereof, is hereby granted <br />approval subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. The applicant shall comply with the conditions <br />imposed by the Commission of Architectural Review. <br /> <br /> 2.
