Zoning ordinance Amendment Z-85-21 is conditioned upon the following: (a) All development shall be pursuant to the group housing procedures provided for in Section 40-55 of the Code of the City of Pcrtsmouth~ Virginia~ (b) Parcel 2 shall be developed as a '~lifecare facility" consisting of two hundred fifty /250~ ~i~ units for elderly and retired persons in acc©r~anc~ with Group Housing Project GHP-85-15. (c) Parcel 3 shall be developed as "garden apartments" at a density not to exceed sixteen dwelling units per acre and it is anticipated that it will incorporate forty per cent (40%) individual ownershiD and sixty per cent (60%) single ownership for rental purposes.
