the waters within the t~rritorial limits of the City <br />without the proper decal or sticker attached thereto shall <br />be prima facle evidence that such boat or watercraft was <br />operated in the City by the owner thereof. <br /> <br /> (e) Any person who has paid the registration fee <br />required hereby for any boat or watercraft and desires to <br />change the same to cover another boat or watercraft owned <br />by him shall present the fee receipt and decal or sticker, <br />if any, to the CommIssioner of the Revenue for transfer to <br />such other boat or watercraft and shall pay a fee of $1.00 <br />to the City for such transfer. <br /> <br /> (f) Any person who shall knowingly use any decal or <br /> sticker issued pursuant to this section on any boat or <br /> watercraft other than the boat or watercraft for which such <br /> decal or sticker was issued, or to which such decal or <br /> sticker was transferred by the Commissioner of the Revenue <br /> shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by <br /> fine of not more than $50.00. <br /> <br /> (g) In the event of sale or transfer in any manner of <br /> a boat or watercraft to which has been affixed a decal or <br /> sticker it shall be the responsibility of the registered <br /> owner to destroy such decal or sticker or to surrender the <br /> same to the Commissioner of the Revenue. Failure to <br /> accomplish the destruction or surrender required shall be <br /> punished as a misdemeanor by a fine of not more than <br /> ~50.00. <br /> <br /> (h) In the event a boat or watercraft to which has <br /> been affixed a decal or sticker is sold or transferred in <br /> any manner to a licensed boat or watercraft dealer with <br /> said decal or sticker attached, it shall be the <br /> responsibility of said boat or watercraft dealer to destroy <br /> such decal or sticker or to surrender the same to the <br /> Commissioner of the Revenue prior to placing said boat or <br /> watercraft in his show room or lot for sale. Failure to <br /> accomplish the destruction or surrender shall be punished <br /> as a misdemeanor with a fine of not more than $50.00. <br /> <br /> (i) It shall be unlawful for any owner of a boat or <br />watercraft to display upon such boat or watercraft any City <br />decal or sticker after the expiration date of such decal or <br />sticker. Any person convicted of a violation hereof shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not <br />more than $50.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
