(ii) <br /> <br />The Site Master Plan shall include the following: <br /> <br /> (a) Tract boundaries certified by a <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br /> licensed land <br />surveyor. <br /> <br />Proposed structures, parking and accessory <br />structure(s) location. <br /> <br />(c) Proposed landscaping. <br /> <br />(d) Proposed building structure floor area <br /> height. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />(e) Proposed signage. <br /> <br />(f) Proposed lighting. <br /> <br />(g) Proposed building elevations and examples <br /> exterior materials. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />(iii) <br /> <br /> (iv) <br /> <br />Underground utilities shall be required where <br />possible. <br /> <br />Approval or denial of the Site Master Plan with <br />conditions, if any, shall be evidenced in writing <br />by the Director of Planning, Engineering and In- <br />spections within thirty (30) days from the date <br />of submittal. The failure to approve or disprove <br />such site plan within thirty (30) days from the <br />of submission shall be deemed to constitute ap- <br />proval of the Site Master Plan as submitted and <br />the Building Official shall issue any required <br />permit provided the work to be done complies <br />with the requirements of the Building Code and <br />other ordinances and laws applicable or relating <br />thereto. <br /> <br />(v) <br /> <br />Deed restrictions or restrictive covenants shall <br />shall be submitted with the Site Master Plan and <br />become an intrical part of the plan approval. <br /> <br />Virginia, 1973, <br />follows: <br /> <br />(vi) <br /> <br />Site improvement and building plans must conform <br />to the Site Master Plan as approved.
