Public utility transformer stations, transmission <br /> lines and towers, telephone exchanges, water <br /> treatment storage and pumping facilities, and <br /> sewerage treatment plants and pumping <br /> stations, but not services or storage yards. <br /> <br /> (c) For dimensional requirements, see Article VI, <br />Section 40-135.1. <br /> <br />Section 40-135.1. Residential R-125 District <br /> dimensional requirements. <br /> <br /> within the residential R-125 <br />the Zoning Map, all the following <br />requirements shall be complied with: <br /> <br /> (a) Minimum required plot area: <br />five (12,500) square fee~. <br /> <br /> · d <br /> (b) Minimum require plot width: <br />(75) feet. <br /> <br />District as shown on <br />dimensional <br /> <br /> Twelve thousand <br /> Seventy five <br /> <br /> (c) Minimum required front yard: Thirty (30) <br />feet. <br /> <br /> (d) Minimum required building setback line: Every <br />building in the residential R-i25 District shall be set <br />back at least fifty five (55) feet from the center line <br />of the street upon which the plot fronts and forty (40) <br />feet from the center line of any adjoining side street, <br />except that every building adjoining a street which has <br />a building setback line prescribed in this Code shall be <br />set back in accordance therewith. <br /> (e) Minimum side yards: The minimum required side <br />yard on every plot occupied by a one or two-story <br />structure shall be ten (10) per cent of the plot width <br />on each side of the plot up to fifteen (15) feet but no <br />less than five (5) feet, except that any side yard <br />abutting a street shall be at least fifteen (15) feet. <br />For three-story structures, an additional five (5) feet <br />shall be added to each of the side yards. <br /> <br /> (f) Zero lot line: One of two (2) side yards <br />required for single-family dwellings may be waived <br />provided that: <br /> <br /> (1) A subdivision plat approved pursuant to <br />the subdivision chapter authorizes the placement of the <br />dwelling on one side lot line; <br /> <br /> <br />
