Public utility transformer stations, transmission lines and towers, telephone exchanges, water treatment storage and pumping facilities, and sewerage treatment plants and pumping stations, but not services or storage yards. For three-story structures, an additional five (5) feet shall be added to each of the side yards. (f) Zero lot line: One of two (2) side yards required for single-family dwellings may be waived provided that: (1) A subdivision plat approved pursuant to the subdivision chapter authorizes the placement of the dwelling on one side lot line;
