That Section 23-294 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be enacted to read as follows: Section 23-294. Designation. The following described parcels of land and parking garages controlled, operated, or used by the Portsmouth Parking Authority are hereby designated as Portsmouth Parking Authority parking lots and garages for the purposes of this division: (a) Middle Street Mall Parking Lot. The parcel of land in the 200 block of High Street bounded on the south by High Street, on the west by Middle Street Mall, and on the north by Queen Street, shall known and designated as the "Middle Street Mall Parking Lot". (b) Central Parking Garage. The underground parking structure in the square bounded by Crawford Street, Water Street, and King Street shall be known and designated as the "Central Parking Garage". (c) civic Center Parking Lot. The parcel of land in the square bounded by High Street Extended, Water Street, Columbia Street and the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River shall be known and designated as "civic Center Parking Lot". (d) Court and Queen Street Parking Lot. The parcel of land located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Court and Queen Streets shall be known and designated as the "Court and Queen Street Parking Lot". (e) Crawford Street Parking Lot. The parcel of land located in the square bounded by High, Water, King and Crawford Streets shall be known and designated as the "Crawford Street Parking Lot". (f) Edinburgh Square Garage. The parking garage located on the south side of the 200-300 blocks of County Street shall be known and designated as "Edinburgh Square Parking Garage". (g) Harbor Tower Parking Garage. The parking garage located on the north side of Harbor Court shall be known and designated as the "Harbor Tower Parking Garage".
