BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the conveyance authorized <br />therein shall require the Industrial Development Authority <br />to impose the following conditions on any su3ose~uent conveyance <br />of the heretofore described property: <br /> <br />1. Standard site plan i~provements; <br /> <br />2. Ingress and egress approved by Traffic Engineer; <br /> <br /> 3.
