3. This use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) T~e applicant shall comply with all codes, <br />ordinances, policies and r~gulations of federal, state and <br />local governments that May be applicable, and shall have' <br />obtained all necessary licenses and permits required for <br />this use; <br /> <br /> Cb) Use of the residence at 410 Westmoreland <br />Avenue would be limited to a group home for adults for a <br />maximu/n of six (6)-ipersons; <br /> <br /> (c) ~s~ of-the residential structure at 500 <br />Westmoreland Avenue would be limited to a groL~p home for <br />adults for a maximu~ of forty-seven (47) persons; and <br /> <br /> ~ ~ a~vertising or signs, would be allowed on <br />the properties. <br /> <br /> 4.
