t29~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A~UBLIC CONFERENCE TO BE HELD WITH <br />THE PORTSMOUTH DELEGATtON'~TQ,~THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF VIRGINIA <br />ON THE 6TH FLOOR OF THE CITY HALL BUILDING ON DECEMBER 17, <br />1984 AT 5:30 P. M. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth and the <br />Portsmouth delegation to the General Assembly of Virginia <br />will hold its annual public conference for discussion of <br />Legislative Proposals for 19.85; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public is £[n~ite~ to attend and observe ~ <br />the public conference on the ~gislative Proposals for 198D <br />of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that a public conference be <br />held with the Portsmouth delegation to the General Assembly <br />of Virginia on the 6th Floor of the City Hall Building.on <br />December 17, 1984 at 5:30 P.
