3. The use permit is approved subject to the ~ollowing <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Fencing shall be installed to separate the <br />drop-off area a~d the rear yard of the play area; <br /> <br /> (b) Ail interior operations of the facility must <br />be conducted between the hours of 6:00 a. m. and 6:00 p. m.; <br /> <br /> (c) All outdoor play acitivity shall be conducted <br />within a fenced play area of no less than 4,000 square feet <br />and limited to the hours of 8:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. <br /> <br /> (d) The child care center shalt:be operated with <br />an enrollment of not more than fourteen (14) children to be <br />cared for at the facility at any one time; <br /> <br /> (e) Ail health, fire, and b~ilding codes must be <br />met prior to commencement of operations of the facility; <br /> <br /> (f) The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, policies and regulations of federal, state <br />and local governments and shall obtain all necessary licenses <br />and permits; and <br /> <br /> (g) This use permit is issued to Milton L. Hill, <br />Gladys B.
