13. The acceptance of said ordinance.by the Grantee <br />shall be substantially 'in the~following form: <br /> <br />a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia, and authorized to do business in <br />the Commonwealth of Virginia, acting under authority of a <br />resolution of its Board of DireCtors duly and lawfully <br />adopted, a certified copy of which is attached to the certificate <br />of acceptance hereby accepts thegrant and agrees to be <br />bound by each and all provisions, conditions and limitations, <br />and agrees that it holds all of the rights and privileges in <br />the streets and public places in the City of Portsmouth only <br />Under the foregoing ordinance of the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth adopted December 11, 1984, and entitled: "AN <br />ORDIN3~NCE TO GRANT TO <br />ITS S~CCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, A FRANCHISE TO USE THE STPd~ETS <br />AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES OF T~E CITY OF PORTSMOUTH FOR THE <br />OPERATION OP A TELEPHONE SYSTEM, WITH THE NECESSARY POLES, <br />WIRES, CONDUITS, CABLES AND FIXTURES." <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS W~EREOF, <br />has caused this written acceptance robe executed ~in its name <br />by its president or vice president thereunder duly authorized· <br />and its corporate seal to be hereunto duly affixed On this <br /> day of , 1984. <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Secretary <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of <br />at a meeting held <br /> <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
