91 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR A GROUP HOUSING PROJECT <br />PURSUANT TO SECTION 40-55 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTS- <br />MOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1933, SAID PROJECT BEING A 4 UNIT CONDOMINIUM <br />AT 3019 BAYVIEW BOULEVARD AND DESIGNATED AS GHP-84~13. <br /> <br /> WHEREASt Thomas A. Edwards has made application pur- <br />suant to Section 40-55 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, for the granting and approval of a group <br />housing project consisting of a 4 unit condominium at 3019 <br />Bayview Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the application has been determined by the <br />Planning Corar~ssion to have met the requirements of ~40-55 bf <br />the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning CommissiOn has reviewed such appli- <br />cation and site plans submitted therewith and has recora~._ended <br />approval of said application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer has been informed that approval <br />of a group housing project pursuant to ~40-55 grants only an <br />exemption frcca certain requirements for residences as stated <br />in said section and does not constitute a waiver of any other <br />requirement embodied in the subdivision ordinance, zoning <br />ordinance, Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, or any <br />other applicable local, state or federal law or regulation; <br />and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the developer is aware that building permits or <br />any other required permit will be issued only upon compliance <br />with the ordinances, laws, or regulations applicable thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the certain group housing project <br />consisting of a 4 unit condominium to be constructed at 3019 <br />Bayview Boulevard and designated as GHP-84-13 and more speci- <br />fically described in correspondence from the Yates Group, <br />Architects, dated July 16, 1984, and shown on plans filed <br />with the appropriate officials of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, such being made a part hereof, is hereby granted <br />approval subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> (1) A detailed landscape plan must be submitted for review <br />and approval to the Planning Office prior to the issuance of <br />building permits; <br /> <br /> <br />
