91 A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL FOR A GROUP HOUSING PROJECT PURSUANT TO SECTION 40-55 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTS- MOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1933, SAID PROJECT BEING A 4 UNIT CONDOMINIUM AT 3019 BAYVIEW BOULEVARD AND DESIGNATED AS GHP-84~13. WHEREASt Thomas A. Edwards has made application pur- suant to Section 40-55 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, for the granting and approval of a group housing project consisting of a 4 unit condominium at 3019 Bayview Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the application has been determined by the Planning Corar~ssion to have met the requirements of ~40-55 bf the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973; and WHEREAS, the Planning CommissiOn has reviewed such appli- cation and site plans submitted therewith and has recora~._ended approval of said application; and WHEREAS, the developer has been informed that approval of a group housing project pursuant to ~40-55 grants only an exemption frcca certain requirements for residences as stated in said section and does not constitute a waiver of any other requirement embodied in the subdivision ordinance, zoning ordinance, Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, or any other applicable local, state or federal law or regulation; and ~EREAS, the developer is aware that building permits or any other required permit will be issued only upon compliance with the ordinances, laws, or regulations applicable thereto. NOW, THEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the certain group housing project consisting of a 4 unit condominium to be constructed at 3019 Bayview Boulevard and designated as GHP-84-13 and more speci- fically described in correspondence from the Yates Group, Architects, dated July 16, 1984, and shown on plans filed with the appropriate officials of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, such being made a part hereof, is hereby granted approval subject to the following terms and conditions: (1) A detailed landscape plan must be submitted for review and approval to the Planning Office prior to the issuance of building permits;
