NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, request that a full Environmental <br />Impact Statement be prepared on the proposed St. Julien's Creek <br />Annex Hazardous Waste Facility. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she <br />hereby is, directed to forward copies of this resolution to <br />Senator John W. Warner, Senator Paul S.
