ZONING A~4ENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-83-34 BE ~IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virg!nia: 1.~ That a portion of the Zoning Map at%ached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of .Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now Zones as Industrial M-l-R, Resi- dential R-75 and Residential R-75-S the prope3cty described in petition to Zoning Amendment NO. Z-83-34 is hereby a~end~d and changed so as to show Parcel I of said property zoned as Commercial C-2, Parcel III of said property zoned as Residential R-75-K (Conditional) and Parcel I! of said pro- perty zoned as Preservation P-I. ~ 2.
