ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINAl]CE Z-83-33 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the Zoning Map attach~ to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of P~rtsmou~h, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-150 the propem~cy described in petition for Zoning Amendment Z-83-33 is hereby a~ended and changed so as to show said property as described herein zoned as Residential R-75-K [Conditional), and that said property as described herein is hereby zoned as Residential R~75--K (Conditional). 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described as follows: BEGINNING on the s6~th right-of-way of Peppe~ood Court 237' + west from its inter- section with Towne Point Road; thence south 292' +; thence east 109.99'; thence north 59.1~; thenc~ southeast 175' +; thence southerly 138' + to the north right-of-Way of the proposed Westem~ Freeway; thence westerly along said right-of-wa~ 565' +; thence north 134.37'; thence easterly 6~; thenc~ northeasterly 143.17'; thence northerly 265.75' to the sout~ right-of-Way of Pepperwoo~ Court; thence east along said right-off,ay 320' + to the Point of Origin. 3.
