That a oortion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance' of the City of Po~hsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-15~ ~he pro- <br />perty described in petition for Zoning kmendment Z-83--31 is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned <br />as Residential R-75-S-K. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is d~scribed <br />as follows: <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the southeast corner of River <br />Shore Road & Parish Lane; thence east along the <br />south right-of-way of Parish Lane 56' +; thence <br />south 131.48'; thence westerly 62.07' to the <br />east right-of-way of River Shore Road; thence <br />north along said right-of-way i15' % tQ Parish <br />Lane, the Point of Origin. Also, beginning at <br />the northeast corner of River Shore Road and <br />Parish Lane; thence in a northwesterly direction <br />along the east right-of-way of River Shore Road <br />a distance of 397.82'; thence northerly 53.18'; <br />thence southeasterly 309.76'; thence southerly <br />254.26'; thence westerly 138.40' to the east rig~h~- <br />of-way of River Shore Road, the Point of Origin~ <br /> <br />3. Zoning~©rdinance Amendment Z-83-31 is conditioned <br />the following: <br /> <br /> The development of the subject property which co~sists <br />of 5600 and 5601 Parish Lane and 4513, 4517 and 452I ~ershore <br />Road (Tax Plate 886, Parcels 15 - 19) shall be in accc~dance <br />with conditions hereinafter set forth unless an amend~m~nt is <br />mutually agreed upon by the City Council and the record <br />owners: <br /> <br /> (a) The Zoning of the subject property as ~d~scribed <br />shall be changed from Residential R-150 to Residential R-75-S-K <br />Conditional. <br /> <br /> (b) The use of the aforementioned parcels ~all be <br />limited to single family dwellings, including approprlste accesso~ <br />uses as oermitted in ~40-77 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />as amended, pertaining to residential uses including, ~ut not <br />limited to, the construction of attached single famity~ dwellings <br />where each single family dwelling lot contains the min_~mum area <br />orescribed for R-75-S Zoning Districts as permitted in~ ~40-!37 <br /> (k) (5). <br /> <br /> <br />
